Have you ever wanted to buy a Japanese Knife, but couldn't quite find the one for you?
Come to Seisuke Knife on Saturday, November 1st, for our build-a-knife workshop!
Pick your favorite blade profile, and our expert team will help you find the right handle, and assemble it on the spot. Customize your knife even further with an included hand-cut engraving of up to 15 characters. We'll have a selection of stainless steel blade profiles and traditional wa-style handles to choose from, starting at $195 for Petty knives, $245 for Santoku or Nakiri, and $275 for Gyuto or Sujihiki.
No need to sign up, knives will be assembled on a first come first serve basis, while inventory lasts.
Knives that are purchased after 4pm may not be assembled on the same day.
