Nakiri
Nakiri are double bevel edged knives used to cut, slice, and mince vegetables efficiently. Though the nakiri are often mistaken for a small Chinese cleaver due to its flat, rectangular blade, it cannot be used to cut very hard materials like bones.
Due to their thin profile, Nakiri are considered a useful knife to cut without splitting or cracking relatively hard vegetables making them very popular among vegetarians.
