Holiday Extension

All purchases made between the last Friday of November and the last day of December have an extended return and exchange period. We will accept any items until 2 weeks after the New Year. (This is excluding saya, edge guards, or merchandise.)

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return. For us to accept any return requests, the item must be in its original packaging, show no signs of use, and in a condition that is suitable for resale. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for saya, edge guards, or merchandise.

In instances where a product has a pre-existing defect or has been damaged during transit, we are willing to accept the return or exchange of the item. However, this is only applicable if the product is sent back to us, and the shipping costs are covered by us.

There are circumstances where a product is returned due to reasons that are attributable to the customer. In such cases, the product should be unopened, unused, and must be returned at the customer's expense. If there are any damages to the knife that can be attributed to the customer, we will deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount. It is important to note that we are not accountable for returns that are lost or misdirected.

 


Local Returns

Walk-in returns are welcome anytime during store hours. We ask that you bring the items with their original packaging, as well as the receipt or order number. 

 

Online Returns

Before sending your returned items, please e-mail us at info@seisukeknife.com so we can initiate the return process.

Please include your name, phone number, order number, reason for return, and desired action in the e-mail. Any items returned due to defect will be provided a prepaid return label. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be your responsibility, except when the return is required due to an error on our part.

Once the product arrives at our store in Portland, OR, the amount which the customer paid to us will be refunded. In cases where the product is returned for any reason attributable to the customer, shipping fees will be deducted.
