Opened in 2016, our store in Portland was the first location to showcase our knives to the public. The Alberta Arts District is a vibrant Northeast Portland neighborhood known for street fairs, great food, artisan shops, colorful murals, and diverse history.

 

Ginza, Tokyo

In 2025, we opened our flagship store in Ginza, Tokyo, featuring a showroom, artwork, and a museum-like walkthrough of the knife-making process. Ginza is Tokyo’s luxury district, known for high-end shopping, dining, and landmarks near Tokyo Station.

 

Kappabashi, Tokyo

Kappabashi Street runs between Ueno and Asakusa and is lined with shops selling cookware, fixtures, signage, and display food samples. Located on the famous restaurant supply street, our Kappabashi store has featured our largest selection of kitchen knives since 2020.

 

Nakamise, Tokyo

Asakusa retains a nostalgic ambience reminiscent of an earlier era of Tokyo, featuring traditional craft stores and food vendors along Nakamise Street close to the historic Sensō-ji temple.

 

Teramachi, Kyoto

Teramachi Street in Kyoto is a 3-mile stretch running from north to south dotted with historical sites. Our store sits in the Teramachi Kyōgoku Shōtengai, a street arcade housing a wide selection of both traditional and contemporary shops and services.
