Camellia (tsubaki) oil is extracted from the camellia plant. Traditionally used in Japanese beauty products, its protective properties make it perfect for knife care. Simply apply it to carbon knives after use to prevent rust and maintain the blade's condition. Unlike other oils, it remains stable and won't become sticky or gummy on the blade over time.
