The Tsukikage (月影) series—meaning "shadow of the moon"—features AUS10 stainless steel with a mirrored hammer pattern finish and oak wood handle. Its shimmering, hammered texture evokes moonlight reflecting on water. AUS10 steel delivers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance, creating knives that perfectly blend practicality with elegant design.
