Takeshi Saji is well known Japanese style knife maker. He makes one of the best Japanese knife using traditional technique with his unique knife design. Talking about his knives, they are really beautiful and it almost made me feel bad start using it. They have such a good custom made adorable feeling. In fact, one you start using it, you are going to love it so much more because it is so smooth to cut anything. You starting to love cutting things, it will give you joys of cooking. 

This knife is even more special because of the Makie art decorations on the cover and handle. The art work is done by Master Kouichiro Tsukada. The collaborative work with Takeshi Saji and Kouichiro Tsukada make this knife as a master piece. You would feel really pleasure to own this knife!
