Sakai Takayuki INOX Japanese Chef Series Chrome and Molybdenum 8A Steel Yanagiba Knife. "Sakai Takayuki INOX (Inox)" are Japanese knives that are easy to sharpen and recommended for business and home use.  These knives are sharp and do not rust easily due to their special material called chrome-molybdenum 8A steel.
