Takamura Knives

Founded in 1945, Takamura Hamono pioneered stainless steel knife development. Through decades of research, they achieved optimal edge retention, wear resistance, and superior cutting performance.

SG2 powdered stainless steel has a hardness of 62-64 HRC. Superior edge retention and wear resistance. Outstanding corrosion resistance. Premium performance, though requires more effort to sharpen.
