The Spice Mill is designed for grinding and storing hard spices like nutmeg and cinnamon.

The Microplane Spice Mill optimizes your cooking and baking by grinding hard spices. Suitable for both professional chefs and home cooks, the Spice Mill also has storage for whole spices on the top. It needs to be hand washed and can be disassembled for cleaning.

The manual Spice Mill gives a personalized grind texture depending on the pressure applied when twisting the top. To use it, remove the plunger, put the hard spices in the base, replace the plunger, press down on the top, and twist clockwise while holding the base.
