The Seisuke Knife Festival celebrates the artistry of traditional Japanese knife making. Hosted at Kagekijo at Hanayashiki in Tokyo, the festival brings together master craftsmen, culinary enthusiasts, and musicians to explore the heritage and craftsmanship of Japanese knives through demonstrations, exhibitions, and presentations.

This exclusive one-day festival welcomes approximately 100 guests per session. Set in historic Asakusa, Tokyo, the event combines live demonstrations from master knife makers, cultural performances, and interactive experiences. After the event, guests can enjoy Hanayashiki, Japan's oldest amusement park.

Attendees will witness traditional forging techniques, participate in hands-on knife testing, and engage directly with craftsmen including Yu Kurosaki, Yoshimi Kato, Takumi Ikeda, and Kazuo Nomura. The experience includes seasonal refreshments, live music, sushi, and the opportunity to purchase exceptional hand-crafted knives directly from their makers with special event pricing and complimentary name engraving.
