KitchenAid® stand mixers were built to last but, like any machine, they need some basic maintenance over time. To support that, we’re collaborating with Brett Stern, The Kitchen Mixer Fixer to offer a KitchenAid® mixer maintenance day.
Please note that your mixer must be able to turn on in order to be serviced. We recommend that you also bring your wire whisk attachment for adjustment purposes.

This service includes:
- Internal Inspection
- Cleaning & Re-Greasing of Gears (with food-safe grease)
- Gasket Seal Replacement
- Speed lever Inspection and Adjustment
- Head Locking Mechanism Inspection & Adjustment
- Blade Height & Pivot Point Inspection & Adjustment
- Electrical Cord Inspection
- Exterior Cleaning & Surface Polishing
If upon inspection, your mixer needs any new parts, Brett will replace them as necessary for an additional fee. Please see the details below for more information, including which models are eligible for service.
Please drop your mixer off at Seisuke Knife by Tuesday, September 30.
