KitchenAid® stand mixers were built to last but, like any machine, they need some basic maintenance over time. To support that, we’re collaborating with Brett Stern, The Kitchen Mixer Fixer to offer a KitchenAid® mixer maintenance day.
Please note that your mixer must be able to turn on in order to be serviced. We recommend that you also bring your wire whisk attachment for adjustment purposes.

This service includes:
- Internal Inspection
- Cleaning & Re-Greasing of Gears (with food-safe grease)
- Gasket Seal Replacement
- Speed lever Inspection and Adjustment
- Head Locking Mechanism Inspection & Adjustment
- Blade Height & Pivot Point Inspection & Adjustment
- Electrical Cord Inspection
- Exterior Cleaning & Surface Polishing
If upon inspection, your mixer needs any new parts, Brett will replace them as necessary for an additional fee. Please see the details below for more information, including which models are eligible for service.
Please drop your mixer off at Seisuke Knife by Tuesday, September 30.

US Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All orders over $200 ship for free. Please note, all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1-2 business day.
USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 business days and include USPS Tracking. Orders over $300 will be given Signature Confirmation and will require a signature upon delivery. Signature Confirmation can be waved if requested.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 2-3 business days. Orders over $300 will be given Signature Confirmation and will require a signature upon delivery. Signature Confirmation can be waved if requested.

USPS Priority Express (1-2 business days)
The cut-off time for USPS Priority Express is 10am PST. Express orders placed after 10am or on the weekend will be shipped out the following business day. USPS Insurance
All orders are insured with USPS up to $200 with no additional charge. If you are interested in purchasing additional insurance, please contact us or add Route Shipping Protection at checkout.
